Could just be a me thing because I'm an EE player and setting up in Zombies is one of my favorite things. I do think we have too much health spawning, I found 3 a good change personally, but CW made it so it's like 7 or something I don't remember exactly.Īs I said they're not massive issues and I can definitely just let them be and enjoy the game still, I just think adding a bit more complexity to the game is a good idea because it makes it more enjoyable to play. So I would like the shield system to come back instead of armor. I feel like on BO3 if you play well you don't get hit, while on CW it feels like the game is designed so you get hit if that makes sense. In my humble opinion that would be a way better way to make it a little more challenging because you need more money for all perks and also it'd make you feel the difference while you're playing the game).Īrmor needs to be better imo too, I preferred the shield on BO3 tbh. I do have some problems with the perks and the system a little (I would prefer if you buy the base perk then purchase upgrades to them that go up in price over having the perks change price as you buy them for example. Yeah the no perk limit and perks going up in price as you buy them is a good change in my opinion. That being said, with some changes there's a lot of potential in the next Zombies game and I'm glad that it isn't dead, because I'd be playing CW with casual friends rn if I owned it on PC (only had it on PS and don't have a PS anymore). It just felt uninspired and like they were only giving Zombies for the sake of having the Zombies mode. The storytelling was mid, I liked the more complicated style of BO3 and 4, radios, papers you find around the map, pictures, and some map interactions tell the story, not some guy yelling in your ears all the time you're playing. I also think the EEs and the story was meh, especially while having no crew. Like, this isn't just an "average BO3 player" opinion either, I showed my friend who's never touched Zombies before the maps and he always chose the BO3 maps over CW in every circumstance. The maps were boring and lacked atmosphere in my opinion. I don't think it's bad at all, I just think it's not up to standard.
